Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Grove

2026 Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Grove

EVENT sponsorship is here! Adopt a tree coming September 2026

We are excited to announce that the planning for Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Grove 2026 has begun.

We are thankful for your support of this Community event in the past and we are thankful for your help making it happen annually. The nightly snowfalls will continue at 5:30 and 7:30 pm and we are always improving our spectacular lighting displays.

The deadline to be included in early marketing is September 1, 2026.

Sponsors help make this event happen and we couldn't be prouder.

We will be printing postcards this year with sponsor logo art like this on the back and our schedule of events on the front. We also run ads in Family Life Magazine and The Sonoma County Gazette.

For our larger sponsors your logos are included on 2 banners that hang at the event for December, and your names are included in our radio commercials that run on 4 different stations including 2 Latinx stations.

Our Sponsors also receive the tallest trees of the Grove at 5.5' to 6' tall.
We hope you are finding success in 2026 and that you are able to join us again this year as a sponsor.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns

2026 DECORATING INSTRUCTIONS

Welcome to the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Grove

1. Decorating Times for 2025 – Community Decorating Day is Back! Saturday,

November 29th, starting at 5 pm, all trees must be decorated by 9 pm on Wednesday,

December 3rd.

If your tree is not decorated by then the tree will be given to another

group to decorate. All Tree Adoptees will be emailed a map and a tree list by

November 15th, so that you can easily find your tree for decorating.

The Grove is divided up into 5 Areas:

Bosque (B), McClelland East (M/E), McClelland West (M/W),

South Diagonal (S/D), North Diagonal (N/D) and Along the Arbor (A)

2. Find your tree by its number and look for your name on label.

3. Attached to your barrel is a socket plug, this is the power for your tree. Please do

not pull any power from any other trees. The plugs are active so once you plug in

your lights, they should be on. Please do not lay lights in the top of barrel because

the barrel fills up with water during rain and shorts out your lights.

- - - USE OUTDOOR RATED LED LIGHTS ONLY - NO SOLAR TRANSFORMERS - - -

If Lights other than LED are used, your tree will be unplugged and tagged.

4. String your LED lights from the bottom of the tree up. Using black electrical tape

(bring your own or watch for Grove Volunteers), tape over each connection and

open end of cords to prevent rain entry.

5. Be sure all decorations are WEATHER PROOF and securely attached to the tree.

Please do not attach with plastic tie wraps or excessive wire. No ornaments made

of food, dough, biscuits or using Elmer’s Glue or Contact Cement, these are not

weatherproof (We expect rain and wind during December).

6. PLEASE USE CAUTION TO AVOID WALKING IN BETWEEN THE BARRELS AND OVER

ELECTRICAL CORDS.

7. Thank you for participating in this wonderful Windsor event!
